Radha Krishna Kavuluru is a highly skilled Scientist at ISRO with expertise in Workflows and AI/ML. He has a diverse range of experience in Antarctic Expeditionary, PM NISAR, and holds an MBA and Btech from IIST. Radha is the developer of data dissemination and workflows software for NASA ISRO SAR satellite mission at ISRO. He has written scalable distributed processing systems, satellite data acquisition modules, and the backend software of satellite data hosting and dissemination for the Indian ground segment. Currently, Radha is the Project Manager (NISAR) for Data dissemination to users & Workflows for ISRO ground segment. He is also a Deep learning-based Cloud & Water extraction model developer for Indian & Copernicus satellite data. Radha is the lead developer for Product Quality Control software, certifying data products of ISRO, Bhoo vista, a portal for Near real-time - full resolution visualization of all ISRO cataloged data, and Authentication for Bhoonidhi, ISRO’s data dissemination portal. In the past, Radha has worked as a Scientist 'SC' at Antarctica Ground Station for Earth Observation Satellites (ISRO), where he installed a mission-critical hardware for a Space asset of ISRO at the Antarctic Ground Station for Earth Observation Satellites of India. He has also worked as a Project (Scientist) at Advanced Data Processing Research Institute (ADRIN-ISRO), where he worked on various Self-organizing feature maps based change detection models on Time series satellite imagery to detect dynamic changes in High-frequency satellite image frames and periodic satellite Imagery. Radha has a strong educational background, including a Business Analytics & Machine Learning Certification Course from ISI, B.Tech in Computer Science and Advanced Physics from Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, and an MBA in Information Technology from Amity University. He has also completed a Short-term course on Advances in Deep Learning from IIIT. Radha's technical skills include Research Scientist, AI, product manager, ML, Python, Django, Backend, Flask, Deep Learning, Redis, AWS, Keras, GAN, Scikit, test, Kubernetes, Data Scientist, Pandas, PHP, Microservices, DevOps, Integration, Web, and infra.
